Paulo Dybala’s agent set to meet Premier League clubs amidst Tottenham Hotspur interest
According to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano on The United Stand (h/t The Sun), Paulo Dybala‘s agent is set to meet with multiple Premier League clubs amidst interest from Tottenham Hotspur for a future move. The attacker will leave Juventus at the end of this season which prompted the agent to take this stance.
Dybala is in line to become a free agent in the summer transfer window. Juve were not willing to meet his £8.3million-per-season wage demands, which resulted in his imminent exit after this campaign. They reached that stance because of his injury struggles over the past two years or so, which prevented him from being available at times.
Now Romano has revealed that the Argentine’s agent will hold several meetings with different Premier League clubs regarding a potential move. He will engage in talks with many Spanish and Italian sides, according to the transfer specialist. Inter Milan, Liverpool are touted to be in the race alongside Tottenham, which paves the way for a potential summer saga.
“His agent is going to meet with many agents and many clubs in Italy like Inter, in Spain and in England, so there are many options but at the moment.”
Summer battle awaits?
It seems that we would have to deal with a stern challenge if there are plans to complete a move for the 28-year-old. It remains to be seen if we are among the clubs who will hold a meeting with the forward’s agent in the months to come.
The Bianconeri‘s stance on the Serie A attacker’s salary demands is a reasonable one since no club would want to give a lucrative contract to someone who has suffered constantly from injuries. That has been the same this term, with the forward being out with issues. However, he has done well when available, so we have to wait and see Antonio Conte’s side’s stance regarding their interest.
As for the competition, we have some problems to overcome in those areas as well. Atletico Madrid are leading the race at this moment, according to Mundo Deportivo (h/t The Sun). We will need to ramp up our efforts if there are plans to win this transfer race.

Inter and the Reds would also pose obstacles for us, but fortunately enough, the former’s interest depends on Lautaro Martinez’s future at the Giuseppe Meazza. It will be interesting to see the different club’s that Dybala’s agent will meet up with to discuss a potential move in the summer transfer window.
One could question whether we even need to target Dybala when we signed Dejan Kulusevski back in January. Signing the Juve star may not be in Kulusevksi’s best interest and may even affect us, considering how good the winter signing has been for us. We do not want to pose a roadblock to the Swede’s progress in such a case. So let’s wait and see how this situation will turn out to be in the coming months ahead of the next term.
