Tottenham Hotspur’s Brazilian trio seen dipping Son Heung-min in water bucket during training
Son Heung-min was at the receiving end of three of Tottenham Hotspur stars’ shenanigans in training earlier today as the team prepares to take on AS Roma.
The Lilywhites are in Israel this weekend in order to take on Jose Mourinho’s side in their last pre-season-friendly game before the Premier League season. So far, Spurs have played three games after returning for training in the first week of July.
They were dominant in their 6-3 win against K-League XI before a cagey 1-1 draw against Sevilla. Their latest game ended in a 2-1 win at Ibrox against Rangers.
Antonio Conte would need his side fit and ready before the PL opener against Southampton at home on August 6. One name that will surely be in Conte’s starting XI for a majority of the games next season would be Son Heung-min.
In order to lessen the goal-scoring burden on the former Bayer Leverkusen man and Harry Kane, Spurs brought in Richarlison from Everton. And it seems that the Brazilian striker is already well adjusted to life with his new teammates.
Richarlison, along with his Brazilian compatriots Lucas Moura and Emerson Royal, was seen picking Son up and dipping him in a bucket filled with water. The video, as posted by the club’s official Twitter account, can be watched below:
Emerson is facing an uncertain future in the Spurs starting XI after the signing of Djed Spence from Middlesbrough. Moura, who was also seen playing around with Son, was tried out as a right-wing-back in pre-season.
The former Paris Saint-Germain forward would also be struggling to get regular starts in attack after Conte brought in Richarlison and Dejan Kulusevski earlier this year.

For now, it is great to see the new signing gel so well together with the current Spurs stars. Hopefully, the likes of Ivan Perisic, Spence, and Yves Bissouma also feel as comfortable in their new surroundings.
