Rio Ferdinand claims Harry Kane will snub Manchester United and stay at Tottenham
Tottenham Hotspur fans can breathe a sigh of relief as legendary former Manchester United defender, Rio Ferdinand, predicts that Harry Kane will sign a contract extension and stay at the club.
There has been a lot of speculation about Kane’s future, with many of Europe’s biggest clubs expressing interest in signing him. Ferdinand, however, believes that the Tottenham striker will stay put and break Alan Shearer’s Premier League goalscoring record.
Kane has been in fine form this season, and his recent performances have led to renewed interest from Manchester United and Chelsea. However, Tottenham’s all-time top scorer is tipped to stay with the North London club in the future.

What a duo.😍
The 29-year-old has been the driving force behind Spurs’ success in recent years, and his goal-scoring exploits have made him one of the most sought-after players in world football. However, he has been unable to win any silverware yet.
The fact that Kane has broken Jimmy Greaves’ record, which stood for over 50 years, shows just how important he is to Tottenham. The club honoured him before their game against West Ham United, and it was clear that the fans appreciate his contribution to the club.
His ability to score goals is what has kept Tottenham almost single-handedly in the conversation for the top four over the years, and his presence on the field is enough to strike fear into any opposing defence.
Kane’s contract is set to expire in 2024, and Tottenham’s management is keen to tie him down to a new deal. The club has been criticised for its lack of silverware in recent years, and Kane’s future is seen as crucial to their future success.
Here is what Ferdinand has to say about the English superstar’s future speaking on his Vibe with FIVE YouTube show and it’s good news for Tottenham fans.
“If I’m a betting man, I’m going to say I reckon Harry Kane stays at Spurs and he’ll just go outright for the goalscoring record”
