Potter is known for his attacking style of play, and he had a great time at Brighton. He is not afraid to make changes and take risks, and that is something that has caught Stellini’s attention.
However, for all his credentials and the goodwill that he earned during his time at Brighton, Potter is facing a stern test until now during his time at Chelsea. The Blues are really struggling to get a win.
Speaking about the situation, here is what Stellini had to say about Potter and he was full of admiration for him.
“Yes [he’s a good coach], I studied Potter since I arrived here because he was a manager that in Brighton last season, I follow Brighton a lot, because it surprised me the way they play, the way they change system many times and the way they were good to challenge with Potter”
Tottenham take on Chelsea tomorrow in the Premier League and they will be confident of getting a result against Potter’s side. However, Stellini will know better than to just take this game lightly.
Considering the abundance of attacking talent that Chelsea have at their disposal, they just need one good game for the floodgates to open. After that, they have the potential to be relatively unstoppable.
