Aston Villa and Leicester City will rival Tottenham for Giorgi Mamardashvili
According to Italian outlet CalcioMercato, Tottenham Hotspur is reportedly interested in Valencia goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili as a potential summer transfer target.
With Hugo Lloris’ form not really convincing and the Frenchman making a number of costly errors leading to goals this season, it is clear that Spurs need to start looking for a long-term replacement for their captain.
Mamardashvili has emerged as a potential option for Tottenham, but they are not alone in their pursuit of the talented shot-stopper. Premier League rivals Aston Villa and Leicester City have also been linked with the goalkeeper, and any interested party may have to pay a substantial transfer fee to secure his services.

Only time will tell who replaced Lloris between the sticks at N17. Mamardashvili will not be a bad option but there are other names on the list as well.
