AS Roma and AC Milan make offers for Tottenham Hotspur target Evan Ndicka
Serie A giants AS Roma and AC Milan have made concrete offers for Tottenham Hotspur target Evan Ndicka.
The French centre-back has left Eintracht Frankfurt this summer at the end of his contract. Roma and Milan have both made five-year contract offers. I Giallorossi are offering him €4million in wages every season while I Rossoneri are offering him €1million less.
This is according to French outlet RMC Sport, who state that Spurs are trailing the other teams in the race for the 23-year-old. Of course, it is a chance no team would want to miss out on.
Signing a player of Ndicka’s ilk, who is yet to reach his prime years, for nothing in transfer fees is something Spurs would be foolish to miss out on. We need a quality centre-back to be an upgrade on Eric Dier and Davinson Sanchez.
Ndicka to Serie A?
Ndicka could be that man. The wages being offered by both Italian teams seem decent but it doesn’t seem like an amount Spurs should be scared by.
Daniel Levy and co. must take note and arrive at the table with a better offer. The pull of the Premier League should do the rest. It remains to be seen what the player’s preference is.
Spurs don’t offer any European football next season. That can always be a negative and there is no surety that we would, given the increasing competition and quality around us.

It seems Tottenham are really letting the Ndicka opportunity slip. It would be a shame to see us let the Frenchman join someone else and then we proceed to pay big money for a player of a similar stature…
