PSG back in the race for Tottenham Hotspur target Randal Kolo Muani
Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) are back in the race to sign Randal Kolo Muani from Eintracht Frankfurt amidst interest from Tottenham Hotspur, according to RMC Spors’ Fabrice Hawkins on Twitter (h/t Fichajes.com).
The France international has popped up on the Ligue 1 outfit’s radar once again. They also have their eyes on SL Benfica striker Goncalo Ramos in the ongoing transfer window. However, the 24-year-old is their priority target.
Apart from the Parisians, Spurs are keeping tabs on Kolo Muani this summer. Premier League rivals Manchester United are also monitoring the forward as things stand.
Eintracht signed the French national as a free agent last summer. The striker has caught a lot of people’s attention with his displays last season.
In the previous campaign, Kolo Muani was the Frankfurt-based club’s talisman. He made 46 appearances in all competitions for the Bundesliga outfit, scoring 23 goals and providing 17 assists. The Germans could ask for €100 million for the French national.
Therefore, it is not a surprise to see a team like PSG pursuing his signature. The Parisians have parted ways with Lionel Messi this summer. Kylian Mbappe’s future at the club is uncertain as well.
At Tottenham, Harry Kane is attracting interest from Bayern Munich as per transfer guru Fabrizio Romano on Twitter. It remains to be seen what the future holds for the English national.
The 30-year-old has been leading our line admirably for several years now. If the striker decides to leave the North London side in the coming weeks, we will evidently need to bolster our ranks with an exceptional goalscorer.
