Tottenham can now boast about their defender’s all-time PL record, thanks to his performance in Brentford win
Tottenham Hotspur can now boast about Micky van de Ven’s achievements, the Dutch defender has officially recorded the fastest-ever speed in the Premier League. Spurs fans can rest easy knocking Van de Ven is standing in front of the goal.
His ability to chase down defenders will provide a great boon to this Spurs squad. Ange Postecoglou has surely missed his contributions this season. However, despite the short-handed squad that he’s had the Australian-Greek manager has done pretty well for himself.
Despite missing the Dutch defender for nine consecutive games along with other stars, Postecoglou has managed to lead Tottenham to the fifth spot on the Premier League table.

Once Heung-Min Son comes back Postecoglou will have one of the league’s best defenders in Cristian Romero, the fastest player and defender in Micky van de Ven, a quality striker in Richarlison who is now up to 11 goals for the season, and one of the best forwards in the PL in Heung-Min Son.
The South Korean superstar has recorded 12 goals and recorded 5 assists, for Postecoglou’s side in just 21 appearances. Once all of these stars are available the team will pose a real threat to Liverpool who are currently on top and five points ahead of the Spurs.
If you’re having trouble comprehending Van de Ven’s insane speed, just remember that Usain Bolt ran at a speed of 37.58 Km/h during his world-record 100m run.
