Tottenham Hotspur loanee, Eric Dier has completely changed the narrative about him ever since he went to Bayern Munich. He was short on minutes with the Lilywhites after Ange Postecoglou arrived.

However the 30-year-old star kept his head down, kept working hard and waited for his chance. That chance arrived in the form of Bayern Munich and Dier has now gone from being a bench warmer to being a starter for one of the top teams in Europe.

It all came together for the English defender when he and Bayern Munich dominated Arsenal to kick them out of the UEFA Champions League. Dier sent out a message through Instagram afterwards and Tottenham stars approved.

Though Dier is on a loan and is expected to return to Tottenham this summer, his newfound form with Bayern Munich could promp the German side to sign him on a permanent basis.
