The 19-year-old enjoyed a successful spell on loan at Deportivo Alaves, and he will be heading back to Madrid this summer. Samu Omorodion plys his trade as a striker and has notched up nine goals this season in the Spanish top-tier, along with one assist in 32 appearances.

He is very highly rated by some of the European elites, as beyond North London, the likes of Liverpool, Juventus, West Ham, and Roma appear to accumulate interest in signing the striker with a Nigerian background.

Can a quid-pro-quo be arranged?

Tottenham Hotspur's Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg has been struggling for playing time under Ange Postecoglou.
Tottenham Hotspur’s Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg has been linked with a move to Atletico Madrid.

Atletico Madrid have expressed interest in Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, and Daniel Levy could look to arrange a deal that could benefit both clubs. Samu Omorodion has a €80-100 million release clause in his current contract at Estadio Cívitas Metropolitano, and no clubs would be willing to pay that figure for the 19-year-old as of now.

The best way would be to negotiate a possible fee with Atletico, and Spurs could use Hojbjerg as a make-weigh in the negotiations.

The Spanish giants will be looking at integrating him into the first team set-up for next season if no teams are able to meet their financial ask for the youngster, and should they place him on the market, they would be looking at a massive profit in any possible sale.
