Tottenham Hotspur confirmed signings, transfers in, out, loan exits, releases for 2024/25

Here’s all the info you need about the confirmed arrivals and departures at Tottenham this summer.

Released

Eric Dier

Eric Dier spent the second half of last season on loan at Bayern Munich, who picked him up for free after his contract at Spurs expired this summer.

Kieran Morgan

The 18-year-old Spurs academy graduate left the club to join Championship side QPR on a free.

Ivan Perišić

The veteran Croatian returned to his hometown club Hajduk Split at the start of this year on loan. He re-joined them on a permanent basis for free this summer after his contract at Spurs expired. He has since terminated his contract with the club and is now available again as a free agent.

Charlie Sayers

The 20-year-old defender has signed for Scottish Championship side Partick Thistle after leaving Spurs earlier this summer.

Ryan Sessegnon

This summer also brought to an end once-wonder boy Ryan Sessegnon’s half-a-decade spell at Spurs, who has re-joined Fulham.

Japhet Tanganga

The 25-year-old defender spent the second half of last season at Championship side Millwall, whom he has re-joined this summer upon the expiry of his Spurs contract.

Billy Heaps

The 19-year-old Spurs academy graduate is currently without a club, having left the Lilywhites earlier this summer.

Han Willhoft-King

This 18-year-old defensive operator is also club-less since leaving Spurs earlier this summer.

Tanguy Ndombele

Spurs’ second-most expensive signing in their history mutually terminated his contract with them this summer and moved to Ligue 1 side Nice. He spent the last season on loan at Galatasaray, where he won the Süper Lig. The year before that, he won the Serie A while on loan at Napoli.

Transfer in

Lucas Bergvall

The Swede arrived at Hotspur Way this July after securing his move in February earlier this

year from Djurgårdens for £8.6 million.

Archie Gray

The 18-year-old moved from Leeds United earlier this summer in a £30m move. Here is a look at his tactical profile.

George Feeney

The 16-year-old Wales U16 international was poached from Northern Irish side Glentoran for an undisclosed fee.

Dominic Solanke

Solanke became Spurs’ record signing a few days ago after moving from Bournemouth on the back of a £65m move.

Yang Min-hyuk

The 18-year-old “next Son” was confirmed as a Spurs player last month, having been poached from K League side Gangwon for an undisclosed fee. He’ll arrive at the club in January.

Transfers out

Joe Rodon

The Welshman spent last season on loan at Leeds United, a move that was made permanent this summer for £10 million.

Troy Parrott

After impressing in the Eredivisie last season on loan at Excelsior, Parrott was scooped up by AZ Alkmaar for £6.7 million.

Yago Santiago

The 21-year-old Spanish winger has returned to Spain with second-tier side Elche for an undisclosed fee.

Nile John

The 21-year-old former England U21 international has moved to Portuguese second-tier side Feirense for an undisclosed fee.

Loans in

Timo Werner

After impressing sufficiently during his half-season loan at Spurs last term, Werner has returned to North London on a season-long loan, with the Lilywhites holding the option to make the move permanent next summer for £8.5 million.

Loans out

Matthew Craig

The 21-year-old English defensive midfielder has been loaned out to League One side Barnsley for the season.

Pierre-Emile Højbjerg

Although currently his move to Marseille is technically a loan, Højbjerg’s Tottenham stint is all but over with the Ligue 1

side obligated to buy him for £17 million next summer.

Bryan Gil

The Spanish outcast is set for another season back on loan in Spain, this time with Girona.

Carey Bloedorn

The 18-year-old goalkeeper is the only player to have left Spurs this season for a non-professional side, having been loaned to the semi-pro club Aveley of the National League South, the sixth tier of English football, for the season.

Alejo Véliz

The 20-year-old Argentine striker will spend this season on loan in the Spanish topflight with Espanyol.
