Tottenham Hotspur are enjoying a brilliant summer transfer window that is about to get better as Daniel Levy has sanctioned a £20 million sale of Hotspur Way academy graduate Oliver Skipp.

The North Londoners have been looking at a probable mass exodus in the ongoing summer transfer window as they have already sold Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Emerson Royal in a highly anticipated sale, while Giovani Lo Celso has also been linked with a White Hart Lane exit this summer.

As the Spurs faithful look at potential exits, Oliver Skipp has been the latest through the doors at Hotspur Way in a masterclass of a deal by Levy.

He has been subject to links with multiple Premier League clubs this summer, including Everton, who were looking to bring the 23-year-old to Merseyside. Alongside the Blues, Leeds United also expressed interest in landing his signature this summer.

But all is in the past now, as Spurs have accepted a £20 million bid for the player from Leicester City, and the medical has already been booked for the transfer to conclude. 

Will he face Spurs later today?

Skipp has been regarded as ‘fabulous‘ by TNT Sport pundit Glenn Hoddle, and the Foxes are bringing in a player who can run their midfield for the next decade to come.

The Lilywhites will be facing Leicester City later today; however, Skipp will not be available to face his boyhood club as the Foxes’ have already missed the Friday registration deadline to register the player.
