Bournemouth keen on loaning Cameron Carter-Vickers
Carter-Vickers is a product of the Tottenham academy. He made his first-team for us debut back in 2016, but has featured just four times for the senior team till date.
The 22-year-old USMNT international has had a series of loan spells over the years. He has had temporary stints with the likes of Swansea City, Ipswich Town and Sheffield United in the past.
Carter-Vickers spent the first half of the 2019/20 campaign on loan at Stoke City. He then joined Luton Town for the second half of the term. The 22-year-old played an integral role as they managed to stave off the threat of relegation and retain their Championship status for another season.
While he impressed with the Championship side, the youngster is not part of the plans at Tottenham under Jose Mourinho. He has already been informed to find a new club by the North London outfit before the transfer window closes. (h/t Herts Live)
And, Bournemouth are looking to capitalise on the situation, by offering Carter-Vickers a way out. The Cherries have submitted a loan bid for the USMNT international in order to bolster their defence. (h/t Herts Live)
