Fulham want to permanently sign Tottenham Hotspur transfer target Manor Solomon
According to Israeli outlet Ynet, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are two teams linked with 23-year-old Fulham loanee Manor Solomon.
He joined the Cottagers on a free one-year loan deal from Shakhtar Donetsk last summer. As per Evening Standard, Fulham want to permanently sign him this summer.
A fresh agreement would be needed with the Ukrainian club and there could be problems considering the regulations surrounding signing players playing in Ukraine. It remains to be seen how and when this will be resolved.
He has won 31 caps for the Israel national team and plays as a left winger. The 1.70-meter tall forward is an able winger who can create and finish off chances in the final third.
Solomon to Spurs?
He has scored four goals in 11 games across competitions this term. Solomon seems to be adjusting to the Premier League pretty well and could be vital competition for Son Heung-min down the left flank.
One would imagine he could be open to playing second fiddle to our world-class attackers. Moreover, he wouldn’t have to relocate a great distance considering he is playing for a London-based club right now.
Arsenal could be able competitors. Manager Mikel Arteta has a reputation for handing chances to young players. Antonio Conte hasn’t trusted youngsters like Bryan Gil and Djed Spence but that is perhaps not down to their age.
Young Dejan Kulusevski and recently, Oliver Skipp, have seen playing time with the first team, so it doesn’t mean he will not hand responsibilities to young newcomers. It remains to be seen which club wins the race for Solomon.
