Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy will get the chance to work with Fabio Paratici again
The good times may just be around the corner for Tottenham as the club’s hierarchy might see some major changes in the coming weeks. The Lilywhites have already appointed a new CEO in Vinai Venkatesham, and now the North London club is all set to hire another high-profile person to lead the sporting decisions at N17.
It was reported earlier that Spurs were willing to hire Fabio Paratici again after his ban got over in July. The Italian has played a huge part in helping the club move forward in recent years, and he has also made a lasting impression at N17 due to his smart moves to bring in reliable players. The aforementioned report also suggested that Tottenham fended off competition from AC Milan for his services.

This is good news for the North London club as Fabio Paratici played a crucial part in helping Spurs end their long-standing trophy drought last season. Cristian Romero, Pedro Porro, and Dejan Kulusevki are some of the players that the Italian managed to sign for the Lilywhites during his time at N17 before his ban.
Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy ‘excited’ to work with Fabio Paratici
Tottenham are on their way to build on the Europa League success and the club has decided to make a statement by hiring Fabio Paratici as their sporting director once his ban ends. The Italian has already done wonders for the Lilywhites during his two-year stint at N17, and fans will be keen to see how the 52-year-old goes about his business once he arrives on an official capacity in the coming weeks.
Now, Graeme Bailey has shared keen Daniel Levy was to bring Fabio Paratici to Spurs. Speaking to TBR Football, Bailey said,
“Paratici is Daniel Levy’s closest confidant in football, there is nobody he trusts more. He is already actively involved this summer, and that will continue beyond. But clearly, an agreement on a permanent new deal can and will be done after the transfer window.”

The journalist added,
“Spurs will need to do it, he is hugely respected in football. Paratici had interest from the Saudi Pro League, Italy and England. Daniel fought for him in the summer when AC Milan came calling for Paratici and he does not want to lose him now.”
Graeme Bailey has suggested that Daniel Levy trusts Fabio Paratici more than anyone in the footballing world. The journalist added that the Italian is already involved in the decision-making process at the club, and will be able to do that on an official capacity in the coming weeks. Bailey also points out that Levy fended off interests from Saudi, Italy, and England to land the 52-year-old as he was eager to work with the ex-Juventus sporting director.
