Thomas Frank is known for his man-management skills and he tends to improve players that play for him. The ex-Brentford boss did an amazing job in helping the Bees get promoted to the Premier League in 2021. Not only that, but he also managed to make the West London club a solid mid-table team in the league by the time he left for Spurs. The Danish tactician managed to improve several players along the way as well.
Now, the newly appointed Tottenham manager has indicated that he wants to take a look at the whole squad and bring out the best in them. Speaking on Tottenham’s official YouTube channel (via Football.london), Frank said,
“That’s what I want. I want everyone in, really compare them against each other, see how they make themselves a relationship. Of course, I know the group in terms of looking from the outside, but it’s different when you’re on the inside.”
The Spurs manager added,
“You work with them, you feel them, you understand them better and we all have our own views on certain players or relationship and it’s up to me to find that perfect combination that make the team perform on the highest possible level.”
