“When I first met him I was a bit frozen if I’m honest because I’ve looked at the way he does things and how he develops teams and individuals and that’s a big thing in my own methodology.”
Martin Ho has made it clear that he takes inspiration from Thomas Frank as the Danish tactician knows how to get the best out of his players. The Spurs Women’s team manager added that he has looked up to Thomas Frank as his ‘role model.’ And Ho is trying to learn from the ex-Brentford boss on how to make the team perform better and bring out the best in each player.
