Tottenham Hotspur fans react to links with Raul Jimenez

Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with a move for Wolves’ striker Raul Jimenez. And Spurs’ fans love the idea of the Mexican international joining the club.

A report from Soccer Link (h/t Birmingham Live) claimed this past weekend that our manager Jose Mourinho was hoping to use his ties with Jorge Mendes to sign Jimenez from Wolves.

Jimenez has been a huge hit in England since joining the Midlands’ outfit in 2018. The 28-year-old helped Wolves finish in the top six last season and has been brilliant again in 2019/20. So far, the Mexican has scored 22 goals this term, 13 of which have come in the Premier League.

Raul Jimenez is a target for Tottenham

Given the lack of a proper backup and quality competition for our star man Harry Kane, signing someone like Jimenez would be a great move by the club. And a lot of the fans see it the same way, as they reacted to the links on social media.
