Tottenham Hotspur star Son Heung-min named new brand ambassador for Calvin Klein
As confirmed by the brand on their official Instagram account (@calvinklein), Tottenham Hotspur star Son Heung-min is the new brand ambassador of Calvin Klein.
The South Korean winger had arguably his best stint in club football last season when he scored 23 league goals to share the Premier League Golden Boot with Mohamed Salah. His impact in his home country is off the charts.
Spurs travelled to Seoul last month to take on K-League XI, and the stadium was jam-packed with our club’s fans. It is undeniable that Son’s transfer to Tottenham has helped our club become a more mainstream brand in Asia.
Being endorsed by Calvin Klein is indicative of the reach Son now has on pop culture. The finances of the endorsement are unknown but given the size of the New York-based brand, it could well be a sizable amount.
Son was seen modelling Calvin Klein’s products in a post made on the brand’s official page. The caption mentioned:
“Global football phenom @hm_son7 is the new Calvin Klein Underwear ambassador for South Korea. Captain of his national team and Premier League top scorer, Son Heung-min is pictured here wearing the Embossed Icon Micro Low Rise Trunk and Modern Cotton Stretch Trunk. More to come…”

Son was most recently seen grabbing an assist for Eric Dier’s goal in our 4-1 win against Southampton in the Premier League on Saturday.
