Tottenham Hotspur may be embroiled in potential transfer incomings in the final few days of the transfer window but at the same time, there are a few players who are still at the club who don’t seem to have a future at the N17.
One among them is Manor Solomon. The Israeli winger spent a solitary season at the club before being loaned out by Ange Postecoglou to Leeds United. He made a very good impact under Daniel Farke in the Championship.
Solomon returned to Tottenham, hoping to impress new manager Thomas Frank during pre-season, but he hardly got the opportunity. It is very clear that the Dane has no plans of reintegrating him into the first-team plans.
Leeds United are keen to sign Manor Solomon

Now, as per journalist Graeme Bailey via Caught Offside, Leeds United are keen to sign the Tottenham outcast this summer. Farke is keen on reinforcing the squad and would like to add a player he has coached before to the mix.
Solomon is young and developing and he would be keen on being at a place where he gets regular first-team football. At Spurs, one can safely assume that he is unlikely to play another minute under Thomas Frank.
The Israeli winger was signed under very controversial circumstances by the North London club but one wonders why they had to go through all that trouble with Fulham to bring in a player who has hardly featured for them.
A good platform to learn and grow
Solomon moving to Leeds will give him a good platform to grow and develop. He is unlikely to be a starter for Leeds but can still be a very important addition to their squad off the bench. Over the course of the campaign, he is likely to get his chances.
It remains to be seen what the future holds for Solomon. Spurs, without a doubt, would want to make a clean break this summer. Let’s hope Solomon, for the sake of his career, reaches a resolution with Leeds before the end of the week.
